Privacy notice
This notice explains how Vawzen Group Ltd (“Vawzen”, “we”) handles personal information collected through vawzengroup.co.uk. We are the controller of that information.
Who we are
Vawzen Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15537999). Registered office: Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester, England, M2 3WQ. Contact: info@vawzengroup.co.uk.
What we collect
- Project briefs and messages: your name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), preferred contact method, and the answers you give about your project.
- Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request details) to operate and secure the site.
We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How and why we use it
We use the information you send to reply to your enquiry, understand your project and prepare a quotation or proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We won’t add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Hostinger (website hosting, storage of submitted briefs and messages, and email) and, where enabled, Resend (email delivery). They process data on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@vawzengroup.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We’ll update this notice if how we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
