Build 04 · Automation & integrations
Give your team back the hours spent on admin.
We connect the tools you already use and automate the repetitive work between them — including AI-assisted steps where they genuinely help, with a person kept in the loop where it matters.

What we build
Typical automation work.
Examples, not a menu. Most projects combine a few of these — the brief helps us see which.
01Workflow automation
Approvals, hand-offs, reminders and follow-ups that run themselves.
02System integrations
CRM, finance, HR, booking and in-house systems sharing data without re-keying.
03AI-assisted processing
Reading, sorting, summarising and drafting — reviewed by a person before it goes out.
04Documents and reports
Rotas, invoices, packs and reports produced from your data automatically.
05Data clean-up and migration
Moving information out of old spreadsheets and systems into something reliable.
Signs you need this
Sound familiar?
- Someone copies data between systems every week.
- Reports are assembled by hand before every meeting.
- Follow-ups get missed because they rely on memory.
- Growing means hiring for admin, not for the work itself.
How we build it
The standard we hold ourselves to.
Map the process first
We document how work flows today and find the steps actually worth automating.
Automate repetition, keep judgement
Machines handle the repetitive steps. Decisions that need a person stay with a person.
Built to survive updates
Error handling, logging and alerts, so failures are visible rather than silent.
Measured in hours returned
We agree what success looks like before anything is built.
Common questions
Straight answers.
Which tools can you connect?
Most modern business tools with an API, plus spreadsheets, email and file-based exchanges. If something can’t be connected, we’ll say so and suggest an alternative.
Is AI safe to use with our data?
Only where it’s appropriate. We choose providers and settings deliberately, keep sensitive data out where it should be, and keep a person reviewing anything that matters.
Do we need new software to automate?
Often not. Many projects connect what you already use rather than replacing it.
Is it worth it for a small team?
Often the most — small teams feel repetitive admin hardest. The brief helps us judge whether it adds up for you.
