Why we exist
Most agencies build and hand over. We build and stay.
Vawzen began in the care sector, building CarePilot360 — workforce management software we own and operate ourselves. It has since grown into a company that builds websites, systems and automation for businesses across multiple industries.
Running our own product changes how we build for clients. We know what it’s like to live with software after launch: to maintain it, support it and grow it. So client work gets the same treatment — clean, documented code, a clear upgrade path, and no dependence on a page builder or a platform nobody controls.

Tina leads Vawzen Group with a simple standard: build things properly, or don’t build them at all. That means owned code over rented templates, systems designed for where a business is heading rather than just where it is today, and never treating “good enough” as finished.
Under her direction, Vawzen has grown from a single care-sector product into a company that builds for clients across multiple industries, while staying hands-on with every project it takes on.
