Rules carry consequences
Staffing levels, senior cover and rest aren’t preferences. When a system gets them wrong, residents and staff feel it — so we build rules in, and make them explainable.
The data is sensitive
Resident and staff information is handled with least-privilege access by default, and designed with UK GDPR obligations in mind from the first data model.
